CROSS-SECTOR APPROACH INNOVATIONS COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION
Civil society organizations which are ready to apply cross-sector approach in design of the innovative solutions working in cross-sector teams:

Why cross-sector teams?

Because…

You have to go out from your ordinary way of thinking you are used to in your work;

You need people who will in one hand challenge your usual thinking, but also in other hand bring some additional expertise you may need in order to solve the problem;

Maybe you need your beneficiary to be part of the team which will create solution;

We want to include new people in reconciliation field and present that reconciliation could happened everywhere and that all of us is responsible for that and can contribute to it;

CSOs are ready to innovate in field of their excellence by developing prototypes of services, products or models.

This program is not recommended to the organizations which only aim to learn about the process, since we want to have innovative prototypes at the end of the process which will be tested in the future.

This element is all about reconciliation and peace building, but we called it differently in order to motivate you to read further, because for us reconciliation happens at all levels of society and it could be achieved through different inclusive cooperation programs.
