Lens in the last 12 months has been monitoring the presence of the materials and services offered by online websites Kosovo municipalities. The research is focused on two main issues, the amount of information presented and the usefulness of this information for citizens.
Along with the amount of published information is added to measure the frequency of new information, and when we analyzed the quality of the information we have considered the usefulness of information provided by citizens, as well as the ease of navigation on the website. The first phase of this project will be completed in May 2014 which occasion will be published the report with recommendations that will be sent to all stakeholders. In the second phase is expected to develop a more detailed research methodology adapted based on the findings of research completed and experience gained during the implementation of the first phase.
